Family sessions are preferably done outdoors, although they can be modified to be done in my living room. Typically they're 1 Hr and I offer mini sessions too a few times a year.
Back to School, Valentines, Christmas, or Fall sessions are all mini sessions done either indoor or outdoors. I offer simple mini sessions without much set up and specialized like the popular vintage Truck mini sessions.
The pricing differs as it depends on time and expenses for set up and tear down.
I travel to accommodate Homeschool groups/coops and also offer them in my home. I'd love to do them outdoors but resort to indoors to be safe weather-wise. Back to school minis are 10 min and you receive 5-7 digital high resolution photos.

My favourite time is to start one hour before sunset. If it's a cloudy day, the time of day doesn't matter though.
